Eigenvectors

This table gives the eigenvectors associated with each eigenvalue as columns.

The eigenvectors are displayed graphically by clicking on the PCA plot tab.

10.4

Viewing the correlation between variables (species)

If you wish to view either the Pearson correlation coefficients or the variance  

covariance between species (rows) can be viewed by selecting Ordination/PCA

Correlation or Ordination/PCA Covariance respectively and clicking on the Cross

Products tab.

10.5

Cross products

This table shows either the variance covariance matrix or the correlation matrix

between the descriptors (species). The matrix displayed will depend on whether

the PCA was undertaken on the correlation or the variance covariance matrix.

Species correlations

Either the Pearson correlation coefficients or the variance   covariances between

species can be viewed by selecting Ordination/PCA Correlation or

Ordination/PCA Covariance respectively and clicking on the cross products tab.
