Sample Scores Reciprocal Averaging
This window presents in a grid the sample (quadrate) scores for the first 4 axes.
These scores are the coordinates of each sample used in the ordination plot (see
RA plot below). To print this output use File | Print.

RA plot
Select this tab to display the ordination plots of the data. This window shows plots
of both the sample (column) and species (row) scores. The display options are
selected from the panel below the graph.
The label radio box is used to select labelling for the points. Select
Both
to display
on the plot the names of the samples and species. Select
None
if no labels are
required. Select
Species
or
Samples
to display species or samples names
respectively.
This plot was created using the powerstation_fish.csv demo data set.
The plot radio box allows sample, species or both ordinations to be plotted.
The axes displayed in the plot are selected using the Plot component (x) and Plot
component (y) drop down boxes. The default is axis 1 and axis 2, which will
display the relative positions of the samples with respect to the two largest
components.
The plot can be printed using File | Print and can be exported in a number of
different
file formats

using File|Export or the Export page of the Edit Chart
dialog box.
