TWINSPAN output
This window gives output similar in form to that produced by the original Fortran
TWINSPAN program for mainframe computers and DOS PCs. Use the scroll bars
to move down and across the output. It first gives information on the clustering of
the sites (quadrates), followed by the species, then finishes with the Classification
Table. For large data sets it can be almost uninterpretable.

Site summary TWINSPAN
This table gives a summary of the subdivisions undertaken on the sites
(quadrates). In addition to the eigenvalue obtained from the RA. It gives the
number of the sites classified into the positive, negative, borderline and
misclassified groups.

Species summary TWINSPAN
This table gives a summary of the subdivisions undertaken on the species. In

Dendrogram species TWINSPAN
This window displays the dendrogram of the cluster analysis of the species
produced by TWINSPAN. The species grouped together within each right hand
node are displayed to the right of the plot. The names of all species assigned to
one cluster are the same colour and to separate the clusters the colour of the
groups alternates between blue and red down the screens.
