Re recording a Picture in the Middle of a

Recorded Tape

You can re record a scene in the middle of a recorded tape by setting the starting [a] and ending [b]

points.

The previously recorded portion will be erased.

(1) Press START/STOP while recording.

The camcorder enters Standby mode.

(2) Hold down the +(forward) or  (reverse) side of EDITSEARCH until the camcorder goes to the

point where you want to end the insertion. [b]

The camcorder enters Standby mode again.

(3) Press ZERO SET MEMORY.

The counter is reset to  0:00:00 .

 ZERO SET MEMORY  flashes, and the ending point is stored in memory.

(4) Hold down the   side of EDITSEARCH until the camcorder goes back to the point where you want

to start the insertion. [a]

The camcorder enters Standby mode again.

(5) Press START/STOP to start re recording.

Advanced Operations

The insert recording stops automatically at the counter zero point, and the camcorder enters Standby

mode again. Zero set memory resumes automatically.

To change the end point

Press ZERO SET MEMORY so that  ZERO SET MEMORY  disappears.

Repeat steps 2 to 4.
