3.  The Comity of Spiders   text links 

i. References to figures, plates, etc. 

References in the text are hyperlinked to the text figures etc.; the 

links are coloured 

blue

, and work just like a link on a website. 

When the cursor hovers over the link, it will change to the Finger 

icon. When the link is clicked, it is outlined in black. Click the link 

to go to that page, and use the Back button to return to the original 

page. 

ii. Links to text figures

The figures in the text can also be reached from the Thumbnails 

(Pages in Reader v. 6) and Bookmarks panes at the left hand side 

of the screen:
