How to ask for a refund
Email support@actionswebhosting.com from the address you used at PayPal and tell us your domain. We send the money back through PayPal, usually the same day.
What the guarantee covers
- The full price of your first hosting payment, whatever term you chose.
- Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with.
What it does not cover
- Domain registrations, because the registry does not return the fee once a domain is registered.
- Renewals and accounts closed for breaking our terms of service.
