Terms of service.

These terms are an agreement between you and Actions Web Hosting, 105 Silverside Road #501, Wilmington, DE 19809, USA ("we"), operating Actions Web Hosting at actionswebhosting.com. By paying for a plan you accept them.

1. The service

We provide shared web hosting with the resources listed on our pricing page for the term you paid for (1, 5 or 10 years). The term starts on the day your account is created.

2. Payment and renewal

Plans are paid in full in advance through PayPal. We email you before your term ends. If you do not renew, your account is suspended 7 days after the end of the term and deleted 30 days after that.

3. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of your first hosting payment within 30 days. Domain registrations and renewals are not refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our service for:

• anything illegal in USA or in the country where our servers are located;
• sending spam or bulk email to people who did not ask for it;
• phishing, malware, hacking tools or attacks on other systems;
• copyrighted material you have no right to share;
• file storage, backups of other servers, crypto mining or anything that uses much more of the server than a normal website.

If an account breaks these rules we may suspend it without refund. For resource problems we contact you first.

5. Unmetered bandwidth

We do not charge for traffic. If one account uses so much of the server that other customers are affected, we will ask you to reduce it or move to a larger service.

6. Backups

We make daily backups as a courtesy and keep 7 days. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of your data.

7. Uptime and liability

We work to keep the service online at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes that affect a term you have already paid for apply only when you renew.
